Making friends as an adult isn't always easy.
When I started this, I was looking for friendship, connection, and community in a big neighborhood. And I remember thinking, I can't be the only one who feels this way.
Because the truth is, making friends as an adult isn’t always easy. It can feel uncomfortable, it can feel a little intimidating, and sometimes you just don’t know where to start.
I remember asking if there was something like this already… and realizing there really wasn’t anything here that felt like the right fit for me
So I decided to create it.
Our first event was in July. I thought maybe 15 women would come. Over 27 showed up. All looking for the same thing.
Since then, so many of you have told me you were nervous to come. That you almost didn't make it out the door. That you just had to go for it. And that you left so glad you did. That you met people, made plans, made real friendships.
That's the part that matters most.
Because the truth is, we're all looking for the same thing.
Friendship.
Connection.
Community.
Magnolia Social Club was created for women ready to build real friendships again. Through thoughtfully curated events across Cherokee County and beyond, we create space to meet your people, step into something new, and feel like you truly belong.
What began as a single neighborhood gathering in July 2025 has grown into a community of nearly 400 women across Cherokee County.

Book Club
A monthly gathering around a great read. Book Club is where conversation flows easily, connections form naturally, and the right book gives us all the perfect reason to slow down and be together.
Game Night
Monthly gatherings centered around a little friendly competition. From bunco to bingo to mahjong, game nights are an easy, low-pressure way to meet new friends and settle into the Magnolia community.
Themed Experiences
Signature events are built around a specific moment, season, or story. From private chef experiences and wellness evenings to afternoon teas and seasonal celebrations, these gatherings are designed to feel a little more special.
