4. Facebook Group

The Magnolia Social Club operates a private Facebook group as a community platform for members. 5. Photos and Event Content

By attending Magnolia Social Club events, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes across our website, Instagram, Facebook, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify us at the event or contact us directly. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.

6. Member Business Directory

If you submit your business information for inclusion in the Member Business Directory, that information will be visible to Magnolia members. By submitting your listing, you consent to your business name, description, and contact information being displayed within the directory. You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us.

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist in operating our business (such as Square for payment processing)
