These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Magnolia Social Club website, membership, events, Facebook group, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by West & Wonder, LLC DBA The Magnolia Social Club ("Magnolia," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, joining as a member, purchasing event tickets, or participating in our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About The Magnolia Social Club

The Magnolia Social Club is a private women's social club rooted in Cherokee County and the greater North Georgia area. Membership and participation are at the sole discretion of club leadership. We reserve the right to decline membership or remove any member who does not align with our community standards and values.

2. Membership

Membership in The Magnolia Social Club is subject to the following terms:

  • Membership is open to women 18 years of age and older residing in or near Cherokee County and surrounding North Georgia communities

  • Annual membership dues are due at the time of enrollment and renew annually

  • Founding Member pricing ($99/year) is available exclusively to members who join prior to July 2026

  • Standard membership is $125/year for all new members joining after July 2026

  • Membership dues are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable

  • We reserve the right to modify membership tiers, pricing, and benefits with reasonable notice to members

3. Event Tickets and Purchases

All event ticket purchases are subject to the following terms:

  • All event tickets are purchased through Square, our designated payment processor

  • Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated

  • Ticket prices vary by event type. Social Events are $55-65, Game Nights are $30-55, and Experience Events are $75-100

  • Only designated Magnolia organizers and approved hosts may list or sell tickets for Magnolia events

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In the event of a cancellation by Magnolia, ticket holders will be notified and a credit or refund will be issued at our discretion

4. Member Conduct

By joining The Magnolia Social Club, you agree to uphold our community standards at all times, including within our Facebook group, at events, in private interactions connected to the club, and on social media. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Engage in unkind, disrespectful, harassing, bullying, or intimidating behavior toward any member, guest, or vendor

  • Share gossip, defamatory statements, or content that could harm another member's reputation

  • Engage in self-promotion or business solicitation outside of designated Marketing Mondays threads or approved networking events

  • Contact members directly for business solicitation purposes

  • Share, post, or distribute content from our private Facebook group outside of the group without permission

  • Impersonate Magnolia Social Club or its leadership

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the club without refund of membership dues or event tickets.

5. Member Business Directory

The Member Business Directory is available to active members for an annual listing fee of $15/year. By submitting a listing, you agree that:

  • Your business information will be visible to all Magnolia members

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information

  • Magnolia reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our community standards or contains inaccurate or inappropriate content

  • Directory listing fees are non-refundable

6. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems

  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the website without our express written permission

  • Use the website to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

All content on The Magnolia Social Club website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photography, and design elements, is the property of West & Wonder, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

By submitting photos, testimonials, or other content to Magnolia through our website, social media, or at events, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional and marketing purposes across our platforms.

8. Photo and Media Release

By attending Magnolia Social Club events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Photos and videos may be used across our website, Instagram, Facebook, and other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, you must notify club leadership at the event or in writing prior to the event.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Magnolia Social Club provides its Services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or outcome of any event or experience.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, West & Wonder, LLC and The Magnolia Social Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our Services, attendance at events, or use of our website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By attending Magnolia events, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or interactions with other attendees.

11. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms or our community standards, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your access to member-only content, the Member Business Directory, and the private Facebook group will be revoked

  • No refund of membership dues or event tickets will be issued

  • You remain bound by any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify members through our Facebook group or via email and update the date at the top of this document. Your continued participation in The Magnolia Social Club after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.
